If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Information storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the subscriber is stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number as well as other data provided by the invoice recipient.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient are stored for the purpose of contract processing. The data you provide is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, our IT and newsletter system. We have concluded a contract with them for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

After the shopping process has been abandoned, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). 

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called cookies or storage. This is information that is stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm.
